BCA CONQUAS standard is Singapore's sole basis for assessing the construction workmanship quality of building projects.

Developers/Contractors will rectify defects only according to the Singapore CONQUAS standard, not any other standards.

In 2018, we participated in CONQUAS training and obtained the CONQUAS certificate for builders.

We have also recently attended the latest CONQUAS training sessions for developers and consultants (April 2024) and received certificates to continually update our knowledge base to remain current.

Some of our previous clients have successfully settled lawsuits with their IDs using our report as supporting documents, compelling the ID and contractor to rectify issues before final payment.

From the onset, Richard and his team were punctual and very detailed in identifying the defects in my unit. On top of lodging each defect into the defects app, he also gave me a walk through of all the major defects and offered advice on how each can be brought up to the contractors to be fixed. Q: In what condition should I buy an additional trip? A: - Re-inspecting identified defects; - Monitoring rectification progress; - Addressing new concerns; - Other discussible conditions. With each additional visit, you have the flexibility to customize our services to meet your specific requirements without encountering any hidden costs. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service for all your home inspection needs. *Please note that the additional trip option is only applicable as a top-up on existing packages.
Q: Do we need to stay for the whole inspection duration? A: You don't need to stay there for the whole inspection period. If you are busy, can just come to the place and make sure I can get in, and then you can go.
Q: What is the estimated checking duration? A: The checking time depend on many factors. Most importantly is your condo quality. The method of lodging defects, unit size, and item number of checking also contribute to it.
Q: Do you charge additional fees (GST, service fee)? A: We don't charge extra fees on top of what's shown in the price list.
Q: Do I need to turn on utilities (Electricity, water, gas) before the inspection? A: Please ensure that you apply to activate your utilities, specifically water and electricity before the 1st inspection. This will allow us to coordinate the inspection and minimize the need for an additional visit to your house. For gas, you need to arrange an appointment with citygas for related issues AFTER the inspection/renovation. A live gas pipe during renovation is very dangerous.
